Prevail is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, syncing both emails and appointments bi-directionally. Whether you’re in the office or out, your calendar will be kept up-to-date. Matter related emails can be attached, and while in a matter you can open an Outlook composition window and create an email that will automatically save to the case history.
